Getting ready to tow!

Everest 5ers

Any Titanium owners out there that can answer a "what if" about your RV. I am seriously considering a new Titanium RV, and want to know about your camping experiences. Since the Titanium has a portion of the rig over the top of the truck, the distance from the pin to the bumper is much shorter. Here's the queston. Have you ever been turned away from a park that has say, 30' back in spaces (like in a national park) because your rig is overall longer than that? It is sticking point I am trying to resolve. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Sarge:confused:

Sarge,

I don't currently own a Titanium but I am planning on buying the 24E29 in the Spring. My wife and I camp at a lot of state parks and one of the reasons we're getting the Titanium is because of the length from the pin back to the end of the trailer.

BTW, my wife was in Fullerton this past week for work. Thanks for not honking at her and running her over on the freeway:-laf :-laf Keep me posted on the Titanium if you get one.

Paul, there is an RV show here on Oct 11-21. Titanium is going to be there, so I will get a good look. I'll post the results of the final decision. And BTW, we try to avoid running over out-of-towners until at least their second visit :D Sarge

Sarge... because the extra 5 ft. is over the front of the pin, you can go by the length of pin to bumper. A 29E34 will fit fine in a 30' space with a ft. to spare. I've talked to a number of Titanium owners that have never had a problem with parks and the length of their rigs. By the way... I have a brand-new 29E34MS, a '03 model, that I have to sell, if your interested. Definitely save some cash.
