Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Auto doesn't downshift

After my transmission has warmed to 150 degrees in the pan it doesn't shift down to 1st when I come to a stop sign. If I qiuck throw it into park it goes down fine. Trans. was just serviced 2 months ago, any ideas? DWest

Sounds like a governor solenoid issue
