Anyone know if there is a switch or part # for mopar exhaust brake? the one that comes with it for the auto looks ,lets just say wrong. I would rather have a switch on the dash. Thanks
I agree, that shifter doesn't need any appendages to make it uglier I simply modified and relocated the switch that came with it. I used a dremel tool to cut of the mount section leaving pretty much just the little box with the knob. I scavanged one of the left over screws from the mount and drilled down from the top to fasten it in its new location. I removed the panel below the steering wheel, drilled a hole, mounted the switch and snapped the panel back on. Below is a pic of the finished product. The knob is now just behind the turn signal lever. The indicator light isn't really visible but I know if I have it on or off anyway. It didn't take long to make the change and might be easier than mounting a different switch and re-wiring.
