Auto Meter Ultra Lites

I git tired of my Isspro EGT gauge being so erratic. Sometimes it would drop 200 degrees for days and then come back up.

Sometimes it would show me idling at 150 degrees. NOT!

Replaced the probe twice. Used dielectric grease on all connections. It would do the same thing eventually.

After getting the Ultra Lite gauges on. Much better EGT readings.

Quicker response.

With the Isspro boost gauge I could spike at 39 psi.

With the Auto Meter it spikes at 36-37. I dont know whats up with that. I think I might have a boost leak somewhere.

It might not be a boost leak. I installed the Autometer Phantoms and my boost consistantly reads 5psi below my previous generic gauge. I was going to pull the pod down and see if I kinked my boost line or something.

I love my Ultra-lites. If they had the EGT, 60lb Boost, 15 psi FP, and a Full sweep mechanical Trans Temp in the Cobalt series I would love them even more. Oo.

I've got the ultra lites in the '92,and love 'em. Put the green condoms on the bulbs,and they match the factory gauges nicely.

Funny that you say green because the blue seems to match perfectly too.
