Auto stalls when put into drive

Has anyone had the TBS-18-015-00 Rev A reflash? My truck runs fine and always has but, this last tank of fuel I added stanadyne fuel additive and after about a 1/4 of a tank it stalls when I shift into drive. I always buy my fuel from the same station, I know it's the stanadyne making the fuel act as #1 fuel and some of the guys were having a problem with that. I am wondering if I should get the reflash or stop using stanadyne?

I had the same problem when I put the DTT transmission and 275 injectors in. Got the reflash and all is well.

I am fighting the same problem. I put the truck on stands and it works fine until put it in drive while the brakes are on. Mine started when I pulled the trans relay. I had the TSB and it does'nt seem to be a factor. I checked my govenor pressure port and the pressure sould be 0psi in 1 and 2 gears, at 3rd it should rise. Mine ain't right! I will let you know when I find the problem.

I talked to Bill K. at DTT and he said some of guys he knows got the reflash and it worked but they lost 1 mile per gal. in fuel consumption, I'm wondering if anyone else is losing the MPG.

I have to be honnest and tell you that I never even looked to see what my mileage did after the reflash. I am out of town now and will take a look. I get about 17 on the highway and 13 in town with lots of WOT and smoke. That is with DD3's and PE/EZ combo.
