For You that have done it how big of a project is it. Can You give

Me any good shortcuts or problems that I can expect.

What year is your truck, and how many miles? How is your transmission working for you? I have a five speed with the fully splined mainshaft and fifth gear and a southbend clutch in my truck and have considered changing to an auto. If we had both trucks at the same place and switched all related parts I would guess it would be less than a two day job, maybe one day if things went well.
