Auto to Manual Swap

Hello,
Wondering what is involved in an auto to manual swap on a 2000 Quad cab? I have a V10 truck as a donor for an NV4500 with shifter, clutch fork, pedals, shifter console, steering column and any other incidentals that might be needed that are not diesel specific. Im suspecting I'll need a computer. Does anyone have any ideas there? Are there any other things that I am not thinking of?
