auto to NV4500

does anybody know how hard it is to convert an auto to a manual ? what all do I need to get? I have the NV4500.

I bought a 2500 with a V10. The bell housings are the same. All I had to buy was a Flywheel & clutch (clutch is the same also) There is a possibility that the transfer case, if you are 4x4, that the splines are different count. I had been looking for a diesel truck wrecked to get all the parts from but did some research & found out they are the same, found the v10 for a song! Sold the leftovers- made my money back and then some parting it out. I don't know about the Ford but I needed the Steering column, shifter for the x-case, driveshafts clutch pedal & hydraulics, numerous fasteners. Easier with the donor. Good luck!
