Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Auto trans infor on computer

got a 2k dually and went to drive it one morning and it wanted to stay in 3rd gear and not go into overdrive or TC lockup, called bill at Dtt and he told me to change the gov and sol valves which I did and still no better then told me to bypass the auto trans relay which I did and got back Od and TC lockup but it still wont take off in 1s gear, I can pull the shifter down and only get 2nd , it still wants to take off in 3rd but reversed and overdrive is working fine, trans wiring seems OK too! could the Right hand body computer have gone bad? since I bypassed the relay my wiring must be working ? right? will any computer for a 2k model auto work in my truck? my trucks dates of manufacture is 11/99 and titled as a 2k, anyone have a computer forsale? ot reads code p0748 on the speedo but no codes on my OTC reader

Replace the trans output shaft sensor ... problem will be gone

I already replaced that speed sensor in the trans, I forgot to list that in my first post! also sometimes my speedo still doesnt work and my abs lights been on for a year is there another sensor on the rear end that controls it too?
