Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) auto trans shop-manual

Where can i find a shop manual that includes details an the auto transmission as well as the engine. I really don't fully understand how our auto transmission works and would like to find a shop manual for a little studying. Any ideas other than the dealer who most likely wants way too much? Thanks. You can order the shop manual for around $100. 00. The order forum is in the back of your owners manual. The shop manual is very detailed about everything on your truck.

I think for your model year you need the $90 truck manual plus the $20 24 valve supplement
