Does anyone have any recommendations for an automatic trans repair facility(s) in the LA (Santa Clarita, SFV) area. A friend needs someone familiar with our Dodge / Cummins combination, his is a 24V 98. 5.



At this point he only has 3rd, 4th, and reverse.

hi, i have a shop in Riverdale, near Fresno. my cell is 559-355-4433. it sounds like he has one of two problems. The first thing could be the pcm. Sometimes it won't ground the Gov. Press. Solenoid. The other problem could be that the the Gov. Press. Solenoid is stuck open. First thing to try is put anti oxident grease on the connections of the PCM. Also some people have been having problems with water getting in the PCMs. Now whatever the case, the PCM is not totally destroyed cause you stillk have lockup and O/D.
