Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I have a question for you transmission Guy's, I have a 1999 auto with 47,000 miles and every morning when I roll down the Hwy it doesn't want to shift from second to third (35 mph). I have to let off on the gas and then it may shift or it may not. Once the engine is warm, it will shift and once it gets cold it will do it all over. I just changed the oil and filter. I did read about problems with the throttle postioner, is this something to look at or is there any suggestion.
