Anyone here know if there is a difference between cranks for a factory spec auto truck versus a factory spec manual truck? I’ve gotten conflicting info via interweb searches and was hoping someone here would have first hand knowledge. The specific info I'm looking for is on the bolt flange on the transmission side of the crank. I’m told that auto spec trucks have an inner extruding lip for the flex plate to line up on while the manual spec trucks do not have the lip, it’s just flat surface. The lip I’m referring to is in the picture.

I have a Cummins Parts book ( not a Mopar book) for a 2016 I printed off of Cummins Quickserve online
it only lists one part number for the crankshaft for a 2016. I assume it is the same on anything else of that series of trucks.

part number for the crankshaft is 5291777

Grumpy is correct. I verified the same for a 2014 manual and automatic.
