Auto zone Scanners

Anyone have one of there scanners I belive they are $149 95, here just wondered if they where any good. thanks John:

If you have a laptop, I highly recommend the Alex Pepper OBD-2 program. $122 for one vehicle converter (READ works on only one type of OBDII protocols) . $182 to get the top of the line for all vehicles.



Reads and clears codes, plus real time vehicle data.

For more info on OBD-II, you can also check out www.obdii.com. I'd like to find out more about the protected gateway serial cable adaptors. I suspect it's just a surge suppressor but does anyone know more about it?
