How has the latest version of this program?

I obviously have a 2001 and a 2005, and want a single setup that will tell me as much info as I can get. It seems the OBDII on the 2005 doesn't give me much info, and I need the CANBUS to get all the rest of the info.

Is this worth it? If so, what do you like best about it? If not, what do you recommend, and why?

Thanks,

Ed

Well it looks like you are nominated to try it out and let the rest of us know how it works. I am interested in something that has Dodge Cummins specific code capabilities also.

I've E-mailed them several times since last spring along with some phone calls just to try and find out if they have software for the Dodge Cummins. Last summer their site said that it didn't support the dodge avenger or cummins, but they said check back in december. I saw several months ago that they no longer say that it doesn't support the cummins but when sent them another e-mail, all they sent was a list of the sensors that it does monitor. None of which seem to be cummins specific ie: rail pressure. I know that it is awesome on the Dmax but they won't just say that it works on the cummins. It's like talking to the wall.

Hmm, while that is bad news, at least I heard this BEFORE spending the money.

Maybe I need to see if I can get ahold of them for a solid answer on this.

Thanks

Please post what you find out and good luck with the phone call. I'm definitely interested in buying this program but it's not much help if it doesn't do the truck I own.

I have the Autoenginuity PC Scantool. The generic scantool only picks up 5 sensors on the second generation Cummins Dodge. The advanced scantool I bought I can not get to connect on my Dodge and in my opinion they have poor customer service. The dyno software that comes with it is decent and works ok. The generic scantool works well on true OBD II compliant cars and trucks that I have tested on.

TURBOs4LIFE, what version of the program do you have? I see the latest is 4. 0. 1

Of course, if the customer service is this bad, I might as well start looking for a better product. Which is a shame, because I really liked what I was looking at on their website.

I have the 4. 0. 1 version. I wouldn't say the customer service that bad its just poor. The software for the most part is worth the money.
