`I am going from memory here but the pulley may not be replacable. I know on at least one of my trucks I had to buy the complete tensioner assembly which is not all bad as quite often the rest of the tensioner is not in much better shape than the pulley. The shroud may have to be removed. Loosen the belt from the tensioner and remove the bolt that holds the tensioner in place. On my 03 I had to replace the idler pulley at the same time as the bearings were noisy. Hopefully some one who is more familar with your exact engine will chime in. I do remember the 03 was not as nice as the 94 to do this work.
