I have an autometer boost gauge(ultralite series) and it seems to be sticking in the ignition off stage unless i slightly tap the side of the gauge. The only problem is the taps that it takes to wake it up seem to have to be getting harder. Is anybody else having to give their gauges love taps to get them to move? My exhaust and trans gauges are perfect(knock on wood). The other problem is i got them thru genos and they dont ship to canada any more. Once it moves its fine until i shut the truck off ,then back to sleep it goes.

I have a similar problem in that my autometer boost gauge hesitates/sticks at about 5 psi and then jumps to 8 psi. Andy @ Genos is taking care of me.

My 0-60 PSI UltraLite boost gauge has done this when it's hot ever since I installed it. I didn't get it warranted at the time because I didn't feel like being without it and going through the hassle of sending it in (wonder if they would fix me up after all this time). Mine works perfect in the winter but as soon as summer rolls around I have to start the tapping thing to get it to wake up if I want to read low boost before it frees it's self at around 10 PSI or so.

Geno's will ship to Canada... there was a thread about it a few weeks ago you can do a search but I'd just call them up, they had some problems but their post said they will work with you. I think the thread said a few more $ for shipping don't remember for sure.

I,d call Autometer. Past experiance with them has been good. I had a Gauge in another truck that was years out of warrenty. Sent it to them and they replaced it no charge
