I have a question about the autometer boost gauges. Do the needles go past the last number on the scale? Mine stops right at 35 psi, and I was wondering if I might be running more than that. There is no pin there to stop the needle, so I feel that if I were hitting 40 psi it should go right on past the 35 at the end of the scale.

I have a pro comp liquid filled 0-35 boost gage and I have seen it go past both o's in boost :D 40 to 45 psi I guess . It started leaking it's goo about a year ago but it still works the needle bounces allot though without the magic goo.

OK, that's what I figured. I know on the fuel pressure gauges the needle will run past the normal scale, you just won't know what it is actually reading. Juts checking it out
