The boost needle has fallen off it's peg. I would like to be able to re-attach but am not sure how to accomplish this. I was hoping I could simply unscrew the benzel (if that's how it's done) to gain access to the needle assembly.

Not too keen about dis-manteling the A-pillar (and all the wires) if this can be avoided.

Any help appreciated.

I'd call Autometer tech support and ask them. You might be surprised to find they ship you out a new gauge, no charge. I thought I had a problem with a sending unit for my fuel pressure gauge and the shipped me a new sender without thinking twice, or asking for a receipt or anything.

I don't know how the gauge is assembled, so I can't offer any help with that one.
