Autostart won't go to ready status

Anyone else have issues with a remote starter from Autostart? I've been away for a while and didn't drive my truck last winter. I am trying to get the remote starter armed and no go! I seem to be getting 4 flashes when arming the starter instead of 3. The manufacturer AUTOSTART. CA has gone to great lengths to provide an owner with NOTHING OF VALUE. You can't even find a GD phone number for them. Useless as tits on a bull. . #@$%! Got a call into the dealer and trying to verify the model number but would like to avoid paying shop rates for something simple!!

Hmm think I found this issue related to another issue with the door latch continually saying it's ajar!!!!

What's ready status? I just push the button and it starts.

This unit has to be set because of the manual transmission. Stand on your head, scratch something, set the parking brake, turn off the ignition switch, close and lock the doors and hit a button... ;-(
