Aux input for Radio

Playing external sourced music through Radio

If you do not have one of the qualifying units defined by the link offered above, we use a cassette like insert into the cassette player which has a wire that directly connects to our mp3 player/ laptop computer since we play music a lot every weekend. These can be located on Ebay. I don't recall exactly what it is called but if you want search assistance, just pm us and we will help.

I already had an FM modulator and a cassette adapter. The Aux converter is just what I wanted! I ordered one. Thanks for the tip.

I'm using the same AUX adapter with an Ipod, and it works perfectly.

If the casette adapter is adjusted correctly (asuming it is the adjustable kind) they can sound pretty darn good. considering the capabillities of the stock speakers. A little extra distortion can be a good thing.

The antennae connection is different (not universal) as I found out today trying to install my 6-disc.

Does anyone know if the Navigation Radio has an aux input? My wife thinks she would like to listen to her ipod when the ride is too rough (thanks to timbrens) to cross stitch and she can't fine the right combination of songs on Sirius.

Does anyone know which unit would work with the 6 Disc changer radio option? It wasn't painfully obvious to me when I checked out the application guide.
