I updated my head unit to a Pioneer who makes a Ipod adapter. The stock radio as far as I remember has no extra outputs. You can try Pak Audio's Web Site if its made, its made by them.

Hope this helps,Rick

Yes I got mine from here http://usaspec.com/ipod.html

You will need the PA-11-HON, the PA-11-CHR will not work with our trucks, trust me. Call the company and they will confirm this, I got the wrong one the first time around!!!! the PA-11-CHR is for 03 and up.

It plugs into the back of the Factory radio CD changer output. It's a clean little unit one wire from the radio to there box to the Ipod, I have mine coming out under the center consul/armrest.

It allows you to controll the Ipod through the radio via CD mode or the Ipod itself. It charges the Ipod while connected, shuts off auto once the truck is turned off. . Its a great unit IMO.

I paid around $159. 00 for it,if you would like pic's let me know and I will post some up tomorrow

Adam, thanks for the heads up. All the reading ive done I find little different things like--must have mode button, press cd button twice etc. . not really a straight answer. I trust what your saying is true but find it wierd thats a Honda application. Was your head unit the infinity cd/cassett am/fm unit ? Thanks--Proflow

My factory head unit is the tape player with the CD CHANGER controls, which is the one you will need to make the USASPEC unit work.

With mine I just press the CD mode button once and the Ipod starts playing, then I can control it from the head unit or the Ipod.

The first one I ordered(PA-11-CHR) off there chart(it said all Dodge rams) was the wrong one.

I called and spoke with the head tech guy and he was the one that told me the PA-11-CHR was for 03 and up and I would need the PA-11-HON with the CHR connecter. Which they sent me the next day, it came with a jumper connecter that fit the Dodge radio and has worked perfect since.

Hope that helps you.

I was afraid of that, mine has a single disc in the front. Looks like our decks are different. I'll give them a call. Thanks---Proflow
