I need to mount about 10 switches for my aux lights, air compressor, fuel transfer pump, ect.

I want them clustered together. My last truck (F-250 PSD) had one of those visor shelfs and I drilled holes in that and installed the toggle switches pointing down. Worked good. My 01 has the overhead lights and read out display so I can't do a visor shelf.

Anyone do anything like this? I've spent hours in the truck just looking where to mount them. So far all I came up with is to see if I can put them in the sunglasses holder on the roof.

I even considered putting them on the forward part of the door. But I'll catch the toggles with something and destroy them.

BTW I'm using the Pollak white (off)/red (on) types. The toggle is clear so it glows white then red when flipped.

Thanks

If you have a aftermarket radio, you can modify the mount and move the radio up in the hole which will leave you a nice space to make a switch mount. I did this with My comp, and it looks great. I will try to post a picture for you

Never thought of that. Right now the vents above the CD deck is gutted out. I'm going to put in a CB radio there and since the vent cut out is just about the same as the CD deck cut out it will look good.

If I move both radios to the top or bottom I could put 2 rows of switches in.

If you can find the pics send them.

Thanks
