I may be in the market soon for an auxiliary fuel tank for my truck.

Can you point me in a good direction for whats out on the market these days?

I am not sure as to how many gallons these hold, or even what they come in ( sizes) just looking for input form people that have them and the things that they like nd dont like about different products.

Transferflow. Its the only one I have experience with but it is a great system. I have the 50 gallon cross bed tank, for a total of 85 gallons. I ran it in my 97 and moved it to the 03 never any problems. It is kinda nice only filling up once a month. That coupled with the Jetta TDI I never stop for fuel

I have an RDS tank. P/N 71784 - 51 gal tank with a 6 1/2" tool box on top.

Good box for the price (558. 00). Sits level with the side rails and is about 50" wide. Can't find the paper with the exact dimensions. I also got their adaptor ***'y kit. Expensive, but I didn't have to run around to get the parts.

Gravity feed. rdsaluminum.com (P/N 71784 isn't shown on their site but they will fax you any info you require).

850 584-6898.

I bought mine direct but they also have dealers that handle their products.

Matt, I have a TDI also. Love it. Wish my truck got the same mileage! :D
