Availabilty of 2013?

I called my local dealer a couple of weeks ago and they said it will probably be about 2 more months. I'm hoping we don't have to wait that long.

It is good to know that I am not the only one intrested. I would have bought a 2012 if I didn't think so highly of the 2013 changes.

I was under the impression they could be ordered now.

I'm going Monday to order one. It will be interesting to see the order sheets. The Ram Trucks website still does not have 2013 HD info loaded.

You need to find a different dealer! I did in fact go down and order a 2013 Laramie 3500 DRW 4x4 yesterday. I was prepared for scribbled on product sheets and a lot of I don't know etc... It was the exact opposite! I sat right down with the sales manager at his computer and we went over the 5 trucks that they have pre ordered and one was close but had the wrong interior.

So, we proceeded right down the check boxes and when I had a question about a package, the information popped right up.

I was able to order exactly what I wanted no fuss no muss. The only thing I might have considered was the 5th wheel tailgate. But, it was not even loaded into the system.

The duallies start being built at the end of Feb, so they said I should expect the truck sometime in April.

This was at one of the largest volume dealers in the US.

Without giving specifics, has the price gone up considerably over 2012 models when they first came out or are they still in the same ball park?

I can't say as the last time I really priced trucks was in 2005. They have gone up considerably from then, but so has the capability... The way I specd mine it came in at an msrp of just over 60k. That is 10k more than the msrp on my 2005 listed below. .
