Well, I finaly managed to get around to playing with the Avatar and it's sort of working..... If I log onto the TDR website using my Windows NT computer, running IE5, then I can see the Avatar. When I'm at home on my Macintosh, also running IE5, I get a little placeholder under my name, which usually means it doesn't know how to translate it - but it's a jpg image, which is platform and browser independent.

Q: Any other TDR users with a MAC/IE5 combination - can you see the Cummins logo please?

Any suggestions, comments, advice welcome.

Thanks in advance?

 Maybe I need another Guinness :) [/QUOTE]

<font color = blue > Cheers Bob! I'll drink to that (hic!) I'll be talking to the TDR admin about this soon to get to the bottom of this, to be sure, to be sure!!

Very low on the list....

Right now this is very low on the priority list. The last thing I want to do right now is introduce another variable into the system when we're STILL get deluged by users who didn't read the announcement on the back cover of the last TDR asking why they can't post. #1 priority right now is a major server upgrade.

I've got a Mac (os9). I can see your logo just fine in Opera, but it is not showing up with Netscape (4. 7).

This is not really a reply to this thread, but I was curious about this avatar thing. I tried saving the cummins logo on one of the posts and then tried to add it to my profile. Just a test to see if I did it correctly. Not really an attempt at plagerisim, just seemed to be the easiest one to steal, I mean borrow.
