i personnally would go for an oring job in just the head unless the block is being pulled. (at least if a groove is cut in the head and in the block). you will have to call around and get some prices,
It will vary from shop to shop and region to region. It should be around 3-5 hundred for the ring job plus I always send the head to the machine shop to get cleaned, checked, & decked at the very minimum regardless of milage. You will have to add labor to remove and re-install head as well as gasket and studs if you should choose. I can not be exact b/c I only know what my local cost are.
