Here's a daytime pic of my Aux Switch Panel, with 3 new additions from: New Wire Marine, 945 Wappoo Rd., Charleston, SC, 29407
"AUX TRANS COOLER"
"AUX TRANS COOLER"
,"AUX TANK TRANSFER" & "INVERTER DC-120VAC"
. These came out awesome. The translucent plastic revealed behind the original black plastic/paint, dims the illumination beautifully, and the bottom line of engraving illuminates when the switch is actuated, very cool.
The typical Carling switch covers with the typical "jewel" type colored lens looks cool, but when illuminated, the printed logo is indistinguishable & not useful when night driving either.
They cost $10 ea. Yup, that's a lot, but when I was shopping for replacement covers/actuators they were $9-$12 elsewhere, mostly due to expensive shipping! Then I happened upon New Wire Marine & gave them a shot. Very pleased with their turnaround & quality! Mine came via USPS! Hope this pic does it justice.

p.s. My son carved & painted the 7 position switch panel. Next time, I would have used "noodle" wire, multi-strand very thin wire in a silicone sheath.
