Awesome Customer Service from Off Road Warehouse

I have to say, I wish every place I deal with were more like Off Road Warehouse. I mentioned in another thread that I had purchased my new shocks from ORW and that one of them was wrong. Basically, it was labelled and boxed as a rear shock, but was actually a front shock.



I called ORW Monday right after lunch and spoke with Sonny. He offered to ship me a new shock 2nd day air and pay the shipping. It arrived Wednesday evening and was on on my truck within 15 minutes of delivery. Now I need to be a good customer and send the incorrect shock back to them.



It was nice to have a company do what they say they will, and stand behind their merchandise. I will definitely use them again the next time I need one of their products.

I have to second that! I had to return items after a particUlar Priority delivery Service screwed up my order. ORW took care of me and I will use them in the future.

Sonny is THE MAN at ORW. I called to order a set of D25's..... all they had were a display set..... got 'em installed and they didn't lift the truck to my satisfaction..... called ORW and the first guy was a complete TOOL! Blamed it on the OEM shocks! :-{} After I explained to him that I had a truck identical with OEM shocks that got MORE LIFT he said ..... "let's put you in touch with the rep that sold them too you..... " Sonny didn't BS me, told me to send 'em back and he'd give me a full refund and he did! Oo.
