Awning blown off, where do I get new parts?

This past spring, my wife and I were out camping in our new National RV Splash 24' trailer when a big old' gust of wind ripped our awning off the trailer. Can you believe it? It was our first time out in the darn thing. I learned a lesson that day, but now it is time to repair it. It has an A&E awning on it and what broke were the 2 plastic brackets where the awning mounts on the trailer. Our RV dealer says we have to buy new arms because they don't sell the brackets separately. Does anybody know of a RV dealer where I might be able to get the brackets without buying the whole arm assembly?

YOu can try Camping World. Also can you be more specific as to what brackets are broken and what model awning? Each arm is attached in two spots. At the bottom and at the top. I may have some kicking around from a repair that I did when mine went airborne several years ago. Cheers.
