Axle Fluid Change Confusion

The manual for my 2007. 5 seems to contradict itself. In the "maintaining your vehicle" section concerning Axle fluid level it says under drain and refill "Vehicles operated in normal service do not have regularly scheduled oil changes. "



In the maintenance schedule "A" it show axle fluid changes every 15,000 miles.



Which is correct?

What do others do?

Change it at 15,000.

Changed mine at 15K and was glad I did.

Changed mine at 25000 miles, rear looked ok, front didn't look to good.
