Guy's Believe me that there is not a day that goes by I don't cuss the manufacturer of the parts on back order!!!

We are constantly working on searching the Globe for a suitable replacement. The big problem for almost all of our turbo parts from any of the manufacturers is that they are the only one in the world making their parts. So we have to wait for them to tool up and make our housings. If they were not such great performing housings we would on moved on a long time ago.

Even though I have more than 35 on this order we are not considered to be a major concern compared to there other customers like the Oem's who order thousands at a time. That is the story I received when they backordered us Feb 30. We were bumped by a oem order!

I have more that ten thousand of my own money (%loan=OUCH!) down on deposits along with your deposits for two months and is a major drain on my businesses cash flow.

On the Bright side is their is a bunch of Beautiful B-1's 90% finished waiting for the last part. And they are Definitely worth the wait!!:D

Also testing has continued and there may be a variant option for the Automatic guys and I have six on the way to try out. And the At-4 turbo is finishing up some real world testing and will soon be available. It will be a great option for someone who wants more than a Hx40 but doesn't; want / need / afford to step up to the B-1.

The last info is we are supposed to receive the B-1's backordered parts around the 15th of this month. But we haven't been able to get a update from the factory. :(

If this continues we are looking into having them made by another source.

We are ordering extras so this back log will not continue. But I have to wait for this batch to replace my cash outlay.

Last but not least I am working on a project with Mark Kendrick that looks very promising. If this works out like we planned it will be a GREAT product for our trucks and I will do what I can to compensate all of you waiting B-1 Customers for your "Pain and Suffering" ;)

ok mr kwikkurt, i have a bone to pick with you buddy, ever since i installed this B1 turbo, my pyro stops at 1400 degrees. Call it mental, but if im not pushing the pyro to the limits, i keep thinking i dont have enough fuel:p LOL. dang, i need stage 5 injectors. Oh yeah the other thing, it pulls so hard in the upper rpm range, im ticked that my comp box quits fueling at 3200, i want 4000 rpm man, need more revs.

Thats it im o-ringing the head and adding drugs, my truck is just too slow anymore.

regards. Soon to be divorced if she sees this, rubberneck

No problem Kenny... ... But it is very frustrating!!!!!! Thank God that we at least get a few of the backordered parts in every two weeks or so. This turbo is so much fun I want everyone to have or try one..... I am going to get more ordered way in advance so this doesn't happen again. The only nice thing about the backorder is it makes it alot harder for anyone interested in trying to copy my design. Not that anyone would;)

My wife has closed down her business and is now working for me full time..... This will help me in returning phone calls, Emails, and getting more trucks Bombed not to mention getting back to the numerious projects in R&D.....

She only started working fulltime two weeks ago and this morning she woke up and told me she had been dreaming about the "B-1s"..... At first I thought she said the "BIG ONE" and that I was going to get lucky!!! :p

Maybe I should sneek a CTD into her Dakota??:D:D

To all of my Customers and TDR friends THANKYOU for your understanding when it takes me extended time to return calls, and work up estimates, Pricing or getting parts custom built for you. KwikKurt

two turbos with an external 50mm wastgate on the primary and possibly the same on the seccondary... . which would be vented to atmosphere.

bbbbbbrrrrrrrrrrrrwooooosssshhhhhhhhhhhbrrrraaaapppppppp

:D :D

I have to strongly agree with Rubberneck, this turbo would definately be worth the wait. That turbo is one mean monster! Rubbernecks truck pulled so hard up to speed it would make my truck look silly. Rubberneck is right though, he needs more revs out of that motor because that turbo has a lot more to give before it runs out of breath. This turbo is amazing. Thanks for giving me a ride in that beast of yours Phil. -Ray-

O. K. It is now past the 15th. Please give us good news KWIKKURT. My wife is tired of me saying 'boy I can't wait to get my new turbo'.
