Im not trying to be a smart a*s but does that mean that if it takes more air pressure to support the same weight that it is a better tire? Higher pressure ratings are preferable to lower pressure ratings ?

For those of you that got the 33x12. 50 BFG RMT (Radial Mud Terrain). I was wondering the "humm" you get? How smooth is the ride say compared to the stock michelens, i know that the ride isnt as smooth but just wondering? I pull a 5-6k trailer about 5-600 miles a week. How many miles would one expect? I was at costco today and the price there was about $130/tire.
