Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I finally broke down and got some B&M polished t handle shift knobs, I love it the all metal look is sweet. I should have some pics up soon. Had to rethread my shifters to 3/8 x 16 to make it work but it all turned out very well, don't really intend to ever put the stock knobs on again anyway. I am still keeping them around just in case but... I have several pics i need to take really, i will be updating my website as soon as i can get the pics taken, i need to get pics of my gauges, shift knobs, and new CB antennas. I hope the weather is nice tomorrow so i can wash the truck, I hate taking pics of it when it is dirty, lol, I am too Obsessive/Compulsive for that, everything must be perfect in every way or it drives me nuts :-laf
