B+W and air bags

Me and a friend of mine have been thinking about putting air bgs on our trucks. We have been talking about the firestone brand. We both have B+W gooseneck turnover balls in our trucks too. My question is with the hitch are the air bags harder to install ? Any feedback on the firestone airbags would be appreciated.

The top bracket mounts on the outside of the frame rail and the lower to the springs, I have the firestones I do like them pretty easy to install, work good with my 5er.

Here a pic of my 03 with a B&W and Firestone Ride Rites. There is no interference at all. Install is really easy too
