B&W Best Customer Service!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of speaking to Dean at B&W to order rubber pads for my B&W Companion Flatbed 5th Wheel Hitch. Dean asked my why I was replacing them and I told him the pads didn't come with it when new in 2009. Since I am the original owner, they're sending them for FREE. I told him the only way i could be happier is to be twins with their customer service. He said customer service is job 1 at B&W and I agree.

Just thought I'd share a great customer service experience.

I’ve had great luck with their service too! Dads Companion didn’t include the skids and they shipped them out for free 2 years later.

You know they have a spring clip to keep it level. It didn’t exist when I bought my Elite Series flatbed, so I called to purchase one 10years later, they sent it free of charge.

My brother needed some frame plates to mount his hitch from his '19 F-250 into his '20. They are sending them free of charge He was flabbergasted

Incase some did not know this the owner of B&W did NOT lay off his employees in the big downturn. He kept paying them and had them do many community related jobs.

I manage to get a rare tour of the plant, (with permission to take pictures during the tour), in 07. I was very impressed, unfortunatly my windows computor crashed that had the digital pictures, and lost all of them.

I purchased a B&W Companion 5th Wheel from a stranger that had never used it. He had the turnover ball and the salesman talked him into the Companion. He hung on to it for several years and wanted to sell it. I was picking up a Lance Camper at the RV dealership and he was going to try to sell it to them. I already had one, but asked him how much he wanted for it. He said $100. I bought it.

The B&W customer service story: the grey powder coat had started coming off in a few places. I called B&W to get some touch up paint. They didn't have touch up paint. They said they would replace it No Charge and pay for the return of mine. I told him that I only paid $100 for it. He said it did not matter. B&W sent me a brand new Companion and paid the return freight on the never used $100 Companion.

Now, that is Above and Beyond your average customer service. Since my first B&W install, I have installed 5 more. Best setup I have seen with absolute best customer service.

I just purchased another Dodge RAM and my first thought, it is going to need a B&W. Alas, it already had a ball installed - not a B&W though.
