My turbo showed up today and my loving wife was kind enough to send pics... This is the turbo used for R&D so it has a little carbon on it, but it still looks good.

Yep 38lbs, but thats the whole box, including a clamp, flange and maybe an elbow... Kurt can't remember ... mine will be here tommorrow.

No You don't need a crane to mount. It ways a couple of pounds more than a Hx40 but not that much. The 38 pounds is the Shipping box, materials and Clamp, flange etc!!!

Mark--you can't slap that turbo on your truck-it has an inherent flaw in it--that RED housing is made for RED trucks only--so have your wife remove it and send it to me as I have a RED truck--once it is received and installed I shall send you the one for your truck---silver to match your truck--mixing components can cause early failure--so get on this--email to get my address---- -- email address removed --

B-1 Turbo

I have a couple questions concerning the B-1. Can you still run an exhaust brake with this setup? Are there any special parts needed ie oil line or intercooler adapters? TIA

Red360, you will need a 4" brake. I had to go from the PacBrake to the BD 4" remote mt. brake. It works fine.

Chris, Get your head away from the tail pipe... open the garage before tuning that little red truck

Red360, you have to fab up a downpipe but everything else bolts up.
