B20 B80 B100 What do these numbers mean?

I am new to the bio scene but reading a lot. I want to get into the home brew like bpine is doing. However, what do these numbers mean such as B100 and B20??? I want to convert WVO into bio and run it in the tank without any #2 fuel

Easy, B20 means 20% biodiesel by content (a mix of 20% bio & 80% dino). B100 is pure biodiesel.
