My wife is the best!

New 2007 Commuter elimination option being tested.

We have a 1993 Lexus es300 with a v6. Just put a lot of money into new timing belt, w/p, oil pan gasket, radiator, tstat, valve cover gaskets , tune up, tires and now the headgasket has a slight leak, Did a block check and forsure 1 or 2 slight blown headgaskets. What do you guys recommend to fix these from in the bottle stuff. Fixing the RIGHT way is out of the question, not worth it and i would bet it is 30 hours labor time...

I saw the K&W block sealer and will try that, i saw this stuff called blue devil on ebay for 50 bucks and someone told me to use pool sealer?

Anyways have any experiance with this stuff? Testimonials?

If you Google "blown headgasket" or something of the sort, you'll find a few companies that offer headgaskets in a bottle. I went with www.rxauto.com I have yet to use their product but it beats actually replacing the HG. They have a guarantee so I figured there's not much to lose. I think I will try it this weekend on a '94 Mazda 626 I bought to resell.

Hey TR-

Thanks, please let me know how the mazda works out since I will be doing the same on monday.

The lexus starts and idles fine runs good... . I'm sure the HG leak is not bad but all i need to do is get the thing to pass smog and not overheat on short trips. .
