Back door won;t open

Has any of your back doors jam up

My drivers side back door won't open , it's been like this for two weeks now the other door is opening harder it might go soon also

with only 1700 miles on truck!

Any dealer service department preferences in B. C. Canada would like one that knows trucks and hopfully a little on the cummins also???

Other than this truck is perfect!!

Paul,Its something about a Latch rod that wasnt clipped in right at the Factory. There was a thread a log time ago on this same thing. The thought was that it was like a 20min Job 2 fix it.

paul i had the same problem and thought it was the rod , turned out to be dirt in the bottom latch , have you installed mudflaps yet ? the crap spraying off front tire hits right in that area , get some spray lube and juice the bottom latch up good , i watched the tech at my dealer do it and it fixed it . i'm going to put running boards on before next winter so i don't have this problem again.
