Back in the fold - bought '06 Sport QC 6 Sp!

I am back "in the fold" after straying for the last 15 mos... Had a '98 CTD that I loved for 8 yrs, but it came time to sell it, and I made the mistake of my. . I replaced the '98 CTD with a gulp... Ford... I let a good friend talk me into it, and I got an "A-Plan" killer price, so I bit. Well, I never liked the truck from the moment I picked it up. Lots of things just didn't float my boat. I can elaborate privately if anyone cares. I don't want to turn this into a bashing session. Dealer gave me a trade-in that I could not refuse for my 15 month old '06 Ford towards a new '06 CTD Sport Quad Cab 6 Speed!! I pick it up tomorrow. Flame me if you want, but I've amended my ways and I'm back to stay in the CTD crowd forever.



Now onto the important stuff... I'm looking for Smarty, and a used/take-out factory Navagation 'REC' model (second generation with larger display) as well as factory running boards. Any leads on where to get any of the above used at best prices please let me know! Oo.

You can usually find the navigation unit you are looking for on ebay for $600 to $1000.

Thanks for the replies. I just got home with my new '06, and I'm lovin it already!!! I got nearly 20mpg on the 185 mile trip from the dealer I purchased it from. I will check out your leads for Smarty and Nav unit.
