Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Back off the wagon time for more air glug glug

Now board again after the hybrid & injectors i feel its time to upgrade the air. I decided on a htt2 turbo " on order " thus get my spool back and cool and flow better than before + less smoke . Question ? how much will an ats pulse manifold help ? also i'm sure to be seeking more fuel i'm thinking ddp 3's any other suggestion ? thanks mike
