You will rub the back of the bottom fender well and front plastic corner. You can shave both down so the tire won't rub. The ideal backspacing is 5. 5" to 6. 0" (w/ 6. 0" the best w/ no rubbing on control arms and sticking out. ) They will stick out pretty far w/ 4. 5" of backspacing.

I tried 18x9 on my 2004. 5 with no lift and they stuck out 2-3 inches w/o a tire mounted. way too far for me.

Centerline is about your only choice if you want to keep backspace near stock. . . they have several wheels with 6" backspace but they're all 17 & 20" rims.

well so much for that :{ well I guess stick with factory or Hummer

As the above post says Centerlines are a good choice w/ our dodge backspacing. Walker Evans Wheels is another one too. Like I said you need to look for a wheel w/ 5. 5" to 6" of backspacing and you will be good.

The H2 wheels are good. Just seems like there is a lot of Dodges' w/ them on. I took mine in to get Semi Gloss Black powder coated.

I was looking at the Centerline wheels however they are out of my bugdit... And like FiremanDodge says theres alot of Hummer wheels on Dodges... . If it wasnt for a budgit I wouldnt be in this situation... . I have to flip a coin I guess Polished Factory Dodge or the Hummer... Btw will 2008 Hummer wheels fit on the Dodge with the same machining as the earlier Hummer they looked a little different? Thx

2008 H2 Wheels will work. Just have to machine the middle of the wheel out like the others. Some people on DTR has them on thier trucks. They are pricey also.

I purchased my American Eagle Alloys through "wheelsforless.com" 18 X 9. 5, W/5. 5 backspacing. Fit nice w/2" level kit.

Check my new photo gallery to see pics of my Eagle 114's with 325/60R18's. No lift and no rubbing. The 114's have 6" of backspace, but are 9. 5" wide which makes them stick out about 1. 5". I like the look of them though. I also got them at Wheelsforless.com. Cheapest around and I tried to price match and the guy told me that I was getting them cheaper than he could!

I can't pull up the Eagle website right now for some reason. I specifically remember that the Eagle 114 I have is 6" backspacing. It's not chrome plated and when I looked it up on wheelsforless.com it says 5" backspacing. I measured it and it was 6" backspacing. I wonder if they changed the backspacing on this wheel?

which size tire will rub? I'm looking at putting 285/70/17 Terra Grapplers on American Racing Mojave's with the 4. 5 backspacing and 0 offset. I hope they are going to rub, but I'm willing to trim some plastic if I have to.
