I remember reading an earlier post on a replacement bulb from Walmart that is supposed to be a bit brighter then the factory candles in my truck. I searched in past posts but can't locate the post. Anyone know the part # or tell me how to get to the old post?

Not sure about a previous post, but JCWhitney has the 3157 bulbs used in the taillights and backup lights for under $15 a pair. They are definitely brighter. I also used the Xenon headlight bulbs, and they are much brighter than the stock bulbs. I did the 55/100 bulbs.

Groundpounder, I got my replacement bulbs at my local Autozone store. Thry claim to be 250% brighter than stock and do seem to work prety well. They were 7. 99 apiece if i remember right. They were a cheap upgrade that works.
