Backup Camera when Tailgate is Off

Is there a simple plug-n-play camera that I can plug in to the truck-side plug when my tailgate is off? I'd be happy with a unit that has either a magnetic base or a clamp on base. Is there anything out there for this application?

Here is the most plug and play setup.
PICKUP CAMERA ADAPTOR MOPAR PART NUMBER 82215671AB
user mountable camera (P/N 56038978AF)
and a 10 foot cable (P/N 68200274AA) or 30 foot cable (P/N 68239372AA)

You can skip the camera adapter if you are comfortable taking the spare conncector protector that came with your truck apart and repining it to the cable.
