Theres a couple threads on this subject so I thought start another one
For those that don't mind doing their own wiring, here's some options I found when I looked into the subject. And yes, I am somewhat of a light nerd.
On the left is standard rubber light (sold as work lights, tractor lights etc. ) you can find at any auto store, jcwhitney or whatever. You can even buy just housing if you don't mind bothering your counterperson. Then toss the bulb it comes and get a GE H7614 bulb (par36). H7607 is also acceptable. I ordered a dozen or so par36 flood bulbs and that was the one I preferred. I believe it was Grainger I got mine from.
Second one is a Hella Worklamp Double Beam FF. This has two 55watt h3 bulbs so it does suck up some amperage.
Third one is a Bosch Pilot 140. Very nice wide flood but a little pricey and hard to find.

I also had one by IPF that was nice. Too bad I seem to have misplaced that one.
