Trip 1; $8 to adjust cable

Lights still don't work. Funny thing is they work when truck is cold, as it warms up they stop working. Might I add that I added (2) 55 watt halogen lamps in rear bed stake pockets? It helps when backing up at night when plowing during a snow storm. A Ram must have the most anemic backup lights ever. I simply connected them via my 7 pin tow connector. It has a backup light pin, and it activates my 5th wheel backup lights.
Anyway now dealer says that maybe the additional 110 watt load shuts down some safety somewhere. I agree but why do they work when truck is cold, and then die when truck is warm?
Anyway I unplug like they say and everything works OK. I have now rewired tow plug, plug it in and the 2 55 watt lights get their power from the 40 amp fused blade in the 7 blade tow plug.
I hate that the computers and million sensors control everything.
