Bad injectors?

I have had a problem since I installed a Diablo/Power Puck upgrade. I have had a fuel injector problem that they cannot specify which one it is. After $400 at a Dodge dealership and another $300 at Cummins for diagnostics, they still can't limit to one injector. They both said I should upgrade the injectors for the performance tune I have installed. Now here is the question;

If I have a bad injector, all of the aftermarket sellers only are selling the nozzle, not the whole injector. If I have a problem with one, or more, of the injectors, just changing the nozzle is not going to fix the problem. Where can I find the place that sells the whole performance injector? Truck is out of action until I fix this problem. Any help? 50hp injectors would do.

since you gotta pull them out to upgrade to 50hp injectors(nozzles/tips) and truck is down. why not pull them send them out to have new nozzles installed the shop will test each injector and will tell you if you need to replace any. could just be that your nozzles are heavily carboned up? 50hp tips/nozzles would be a good upgrade for added mileage.

Remove the power adder and see if the problem goes away. If so, you have found the problem. Three injector problems are common, nozzles, cracked bodies, and bad solenoids. All of them can be isolated to individual injectors. You might send them to Dynomite Diesel Performance in Washington state (866-7743966) for testing. They are a Bosch dealer also, and can replace whatever is bad with your injectors, and they can provide high quality upgraded nozzles for more power.

Contacted dynomite. Bought 6 new 50hp injectors. I will have the old ones inspected, checked for problems, and upgraded to 100 hp when I send them back for core deposit. hopefully this will end my stalling / no start problems.

Good info. Andres, you were saying that you got a complete injector with nozzle for 300. 00$ for a 2003 305HP. Where did you get that price?
