2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Bad Mirror

I ordererd a set of the towing mirrors for my 99 and I have had them for a little over a month waiting for my truck to get painted before putting them on well today when putting them on I noticed that the drivers side mirror has a chip out of the little mirror in the corner. My question is will the dealer take it back and get me a good one even though it has been over a month since I got them and they have never been used at least not driven with yet. And I think they should express it and get it here as soon as possible so I can drive my truck because Monday it will be ready except for the mirror. Is this asking too much?

I have had pretty good luck with this dealer although it isn't where I bought my truck it is where I have bought mostly everything else I have needed for it.
