Just though I'd let you all have heads up on this...

Got the pusher pump kit from enterpriseengine.com this weekend and everything was leak free until I tanked it up last night. Came out this afternoon (college rules!) and a nice diesel puddle was waiting for me. Crawled underneath there and it wasn't the fittings going into the pump, but the pump itself was leaking! It was leaking from between the mounting bracket and the pump itself. There is a seal there so I tightened it down, but no beans. Left with a mess untill I get a new one.

Luckily the great customer service @ enterprise (that would be the owners) are sending me out a new kit overnight shipping. Why can't D/C pick up on this?

Any ideas before green peace comes after me?

In the kit you get everything you need:

- Carter pump... dunno part # right now... will crawl under truck after chm lab

- relay and wiring instructions

- wire tap for lift pump wire

- mounting bracket

- wires to wire into pump - not the length of engine to pump, but enough wire to join with a butt connector. Also, the other end of the wire has ring connectors to connect to the pump posts

- flexible rubber fuel line tubin

- hose clamps

- fittings for the fuel lines to go into the pump.

It is a good kit, enterprise just figures I got the first bad pump out of nearly 200. Not bad odds and they are taking care of me so I'm happy.
